Origins Wash Off Face Masks

Hey guys!

I hope everyone had a good Valentines day spending time with your loved ones, family, or friends. Even though it’s a day that is meant to be shared between two lovers, you can still happily celebrate it with anyone, including yourself. Celebrating with yourself is just called self love. 💗

I spent Valentines Day with my boyfriend. I hung out with him at work for half the day. Then we attended the Pillow Fight event in San Francisco for the first time. There was a lot of people. I wasn’t very fond of being hit by pillows but it was very fun to watch. Haha!

This week, I’ll be reviewing three different face masks by Origins: Original Skin, Clear Improvement and Out of Trouble. I purchased each of them for $26USD from Macys. The mask is quite expensive but it will last a long time. You only need to use it once a week.

I’ve been using the masks once every one to two weeks for the past year. The appearance of breakouts and uneven skin have reduced significantly. Normally, I would apply them together and wash it off in the shower after leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Different areas of our skin have different problems. There are a lot of factors that can affect our skin conditions; for example, weather, age, sun exposure and so much more. Some parts may be dry while others can get quite oily. Whether you have oily/combination skin or normal/dry skin, Origins have a variety of face mask to treat your skin condition. It only makes sense for us to learn to tackle our skin conditions with products that have active ingredients that help treat them.

Origins Original Skin Rose Clay Mask

Original Skin

  • Good for all skin types.
  • Best uses for skin renewal.
  • Contains Mediterranean Rose Clay that refines skin’s texture.
  • Contains little micro beads that exfoliate the skin.
  • Restores radiance in the skin.
  • Keeps skin feeling smooth and looking refreshed.

Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Face Mask

Clear Improvement

  • Good for all skin types.
  • Best uses for acne and oil control.
  • Contains White China Clay that absorbs environmental toxins.
  • Contains charcoal that purifies and cleans pores.

Origins Out of Trouble Face Mask

Out of Trouble

  • Good for oily skin.
  • Best uses for acne and oil control.
  • Contains Zinc oxide and sulfur to soak up oily shine and keep skin clear.

Something I personally like to do with face mask is treat my skin by area. It’s like multi-tasking for the skin.I use Out of Trouble (white) to spot treat acne. I apply Clear Improvement (black) on my T-zone. I use Original Skin (pink) as an all over face mask.

Overall, I really like the face masks by Origins because I use them almost once every week. My favorite out of the three that I have is Out of Trouble because I have acne prone skin. I develop acne the most when I’m stressed or when I eat too much junk food, especially chips. Chips make me break out but they’re so good for snacking. Haha. Does that happen to anyone else? You are what you eat right? 😅 When a large pimple appears on my face, I apply Out of Trouble on the spot and leave it overnight. The redness and the size of the pimple always reduces within 2 days without drying out my skin, which is a win for me. 😊

Thanks again for stopping by!

Until next time!

❤️ Connie
