Sephora July 2017 Play Box

Hey guys!

It’s time for another review. I’m going to talk about a couple products I got from my Sephora Play Box this month.

The products came in a checkered pink drawstring bag.

My play box included the following six items.

  • IT Cosmetics Superhero Volumizing Mascara
  • Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding
  • Briogeo Rosarco Milk Leave In Conditioning Spray
  • bareMinerals Liquid Lip
  • Milk Makeup Cooling Water
  • Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine

I’m going to review three products instead of my usual two. Bonus! Haha.

Milk Makeup Cooling Water

Sadly, the product popped right out when I tried to test it for the first time. Literally.. The stick stuck to the cap. Oops. Just need to be really careful when you open the product.

Milk Makeup Cooling Water

  • Hydrating gel stick
  • Moisturizes the skin
  • Enriched with marine minerals
  • Perfect to use on the go
  • Light scent

The packaging for Milk Makeup is always really cute. Even though the product popped right out of the container, I was still able to apply some product on my skin. It felt a little sticky on the skin but it dried fairly quickly.

The product made my skin feel really smooth. It can be applied to your neck, body, face and eye area, pretty much anywhere that has skin.

I will eventually try to leave this product in the fridge. It’s suppose to be a nice icy-cold refreshing treat for your skin.

bareMinerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lip

The shade that I received is in Swag.

  • Smooth application
  • Made with waxes and ingredients that help hydrate your lips
  • Matte liquid lipstick
  • Super light weight

The shade Swag can be consider “My Lips but Better” type of shade. It’s very pretty and neutral.

It’s recommended that you wait 10 minutes for the lipstick to set before eating and drinking.

Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding

I really like using products with charcoal because I have oiling skin. It helps detox impurities from my skin.

  • Purifying face mask
  • Made with white and black charcoal
  • Rids complexion of dirt and sweat
  • Absorbs impurities
  • Minimizes appearance of pores
  • Good for sensitive skin
  • Has a strong herbal scent

The face pudding was really thick when I dipped my hands into the product. It was interesting for me to see the white and black charcoal become gray when rubbed into the skin. The product blended really nicely. A little goes a long way for this product.

Mask needs to be left on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water. Product left my skin feeling smooth.

Overall, I really enjoyed the products I received this month.

Thank you for stopping by.

❤️ Connie

P.S. I have two new products to share with you guys! I’ll give you two one-word hints. Purple and Palette. Any preferences? Feel free to leave a comment below. 😊
